Refund policy

At Beer Culture Tees, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure that you are aware of the conditions under which returns are accepted.

Eligible Returns (Damaged or Incorrect Items)
We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged. To initiate a return, you must provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Clear photo or video evidence showing the damage or defect.
  • If you received an incorrect item, you must also provide a photo of the product received.

If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card company to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note, we cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Change of mind (size, color, or design preferences).
  • Lost orders due to incorrect delivery address provided.
  • Items with minor size deviations (please check the size chart before purchasing).
  • Free items or gift cards.
  • Used items, items missing labels, or items without evidence of defect or damage.

How to Start a Return
To begin the return process for a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at support@beerculturetees.com. Please include the necessary proof of purchase and images or videos of the issue.

Return Shipping
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
